This project is a custom-built website for a financial service provider specializing in money transfers between Australia and Mongolia.
The website was designed to be clean, fast, and user-focused — clearly presenting service information, transfer benefits, and currency exchange rates in both English and Mongolian. It supports easy navigation, mobile responsiveness, and secure user onboarding through an external dashboard system.
From a design perspective, the site balances trustworthiness and accessibility, using a modern layout with bilingual content, bold CTAs, and focused user journeys.
The goal was to provide a simple yet reliable digital presence that communicates the company’s promise: fast, no-fee transfers with responsive customer support and transparent exchange rates.


Custom Exchange Converter Plugin – Built for Direct Express Line
As part of the overall solution, a fully custom Exchange Converter plugin was designed and developed specifically for the DirectExpressLine website.
The plugin was tailored to the company’s unique business model, supporting multiple exchange rate tiers based on their internal transaction types. The frontend component allows users to easily convert between AUD and MNT in real time, while the backend provides admins with a clean, intuitive interface to manage and update rates at any time.
Smart, business-driven currency conversion — designed for full control and automation.
In addition to web integration, the plugin was also connected to the company’s chatbot system, allowing rate information to be shared dynamically via automated conversations.
This solution ensures accuracy, speed, and consistency across all customer touchpoints — both on the website and in chat.

Exchange Chatbot System – Built on ManyChat
The chatbot system is built on the ManyChat platform and designed specifically to streamline currency exchange between AUD and MNT. With a focus on speed, simplicity, and user experience, the chatbot provides an intuitive flow that allows customers to get real-time rate information, initiate a transfer, and receive support — all within a familiar messaging interface.
It’s tightly integrated with the company’s exchange logic, ensuring that users receive accurate, up-to-date rates based on the business’s custom tier system.
Sofia – Interactive 3D Brand Character
Sofia is a fully animated, interactive 3D character developed using Spline, designed to serve as a digital brand ambassador across various platforms. She brings personality, motion, and visual consistency to digital experiences — from websites and chat interfaces to promotional content.
Created with a focus on real-time performance and aesthetic flexibility, Sofia responds to user interaction and device motion, making her not only visually engaging but also deeply immersive.
This living brand element evolves continuously and is used to reinforce identity, improve user engagement, and create a lasting emotional connection between the brand and its audience.
